15 years’ experience successfully delivering change in large complex
organisations. He utilises his industry
and organisation experience to successfully lead Change and Training Streams to
deliver end-to-end change activities for systems, process, organisation
restructures and business changes to realise business outcomes.
He
is highly proficient in the application of Change Methodologies utilising the Prosci
ADKAR model, Kotter Process, Agile and Prince2.

difficult stakeholder groups through workshops, focus groups and presentations.
